"I've seen Ann mostly for dry needling a variety of injuries over the years. I appreciate that she always explains what is happening anatomically with any given situation, and goes through all options of care. Her background as an athlete makes her relatable to athletic folk like me, and she knows that it takes to get me back into doing what I love."

"I had to come work with Ann after some nagging ITB syndrome pain. Through dry needling, focused strength training, and a return to run program, she got me back on my beet. Additionally, we were able to explore the impact of biking as a likely culprit to my knee pain. The bike fitting process was informative, and enjoyable. Ann is a joy to work with! Through bike fitting, I learned a lot about measurements that I need to pay closer attention to. She made sure to show me the videos, helped me understand what of many variables on a bike may impact subtle positioning that leads to pain, and provided suggestions for changes that makes an impact. Doing a bike fit has been helpful in how I think about making adjustments on all my bikes. I appreciate Ann's willingness to tinker and explore options to get to some of the root issues of my pain"

"Last spring, I had a bike fit with Ann. She was super comprehensive. She took into account my injury history and my particular biomechanics and asymmetries and efficeiently helped me find a bike position I was comfortable in, and also one where I could push power. She also made suggestions of changes I needed to make to my bike like shorter crank arms and shims under my cleats. My bike fit looks and feels so much better. As an Ironman triathlete, it's so important to have a good bike fit, as we as we are on our bikes for a long time, and then have to run after. I had some of my best bike portions of my races last year."
